Single workshop Sunday, February 7, 2021 13:00-15:30

Winter's here! We need to be warm! In this class we will be knitting a sideways triangle scarf. This knitting project begins with three stitches at the tip of one side, increases until the width of the triangle is achieved, and then reduces back to the tip of the other side. The tip-to-tip sideways shaping is useful in situations when you have limited yarn and want to use every inch. Any stripe in multi-colored yarn will run the width of the piece. We will be working in garter stitch. Stockinette stitch and other stitch patterns are also possible.

Level: advanced beginner- should know how to thread a needle and be able to use scissors. Appropriate ages: children aged 12 or older and adults
