Lobster Bouquet was created during my time at Haystack Mountian School of Crafts in summer 2019. The piece toys with the gruesome truth behind the socioeconomics of lobster. Who can and can't afford to indulge. And by Indulge I mean cracking apart legs, slurping meat out of claws, dosing everything in butter. You can't look classy eating a lobster.
