These are two of my favorite saints. I am not religious, but I love the stories of saints and the symbolism used in art, which sometimes has odd results. For instance, St. Agatha is the patron saint of bell ringers. Her breasts were cut off, and in art, she is usually depicted holding them on a platter. Illiterate worshipers who saw this, probably in poor lighting and at a difficult angle, thought they were bells.
