Classes & Workshops
Discover Our Creative Community
Lexington Arts & Crafts Society offers diverse classes in Ceramics, Fiber (weaving, felting, sewing), Woodworking, Photography, Painting & Drawing, Metalworking & Jewelry, Decorative Arts, Polymer Clay & Beading, Photography and Mixed Media—taught by inspiring instructors in our well-equipped studios.
Our classes range from beginner and introductory level to advanced classes for experienced artisans to refine and extend their skills. We welcome all ages from teens to seniors. We strive to make our classes accessible to all and are proud to serve neurodiverse individuals (the Molesky series) and others of varying abilities and needs.
The opportunity to learn traditional craft at the community level as handed down between generations in a supportive, sharing, group environment is truly extraordinary. Our need and ability to create enriches and sustains us, inspires us to grow and reach, explore and learn. To do so alongside others advances our mutual respect and understanding at the most fundamental and essential level while bringing us joy and the satisfaction of self-expression.
