Jongkuk Lee will open the workshop with a talk that outlines the basics of Hanji-making. Participants will then have the chance to make their own Han-ji brooch. The paper comes from a water bath containing mulberry fiber. Participants will craft brooches using mulberry fiber and sawdust. And then decorate the brooch with markers and pens, followed by a wax coating for a smooth finish. Pins will be attached using a glue gun.
