LexArt: Artisan Outdoor Market Sept 14 Application Fee

Thank you for applying to be an artisan vendor at LexArt during our Sept 14th Outdoor Market! This link is for you to paid your application fee to be able to attend the market. You need pay the fee by Sept 6, 2024.

Application Fee: 

For Non-LexArt Members the is fee is $50

For LexArt Members the fee is $25 (Members will receive instructions in email)

For LexArt Members selling as a group, you will receive an invoice for the additional $15 per member in the tent. (Max of 2 additional Members)

For vendor who requested to rent table and chair will recieve a sperate invoice for the rental fee ($10.00)

After you have paid you will receive an email with a link to the Application Guidelines & Policy or you can click here (Please review the application guidelines to see what is require by the vendors to attend the market)

Purchase of this ticket will grant you access to be an artisan vendor during the LexArt Outdoor Market on August 10.

Schedule for the Market: 

8:00 am to 10:00 am- Vendor Setup (there be no parking in the lot, car can park on Park Drive across the street or next door at 114 Waltham St)

10:00 am to 4:00 pm- Market is Open

4:00 pm to 5:00 pm- Vendor breakdown & clean up

Vendors Requirements: Vendors must have the following to attend the market:

10x10 metal tent with white covers. (All vendors must bring their own tent)

30-40 lb minimum weights per tent leg (Vendors without weights may be asked to leave)

All displays and items must fit under the allotted tent space.

Tables must have some sort of cloth covering.

Insurance Requirements: All vendors must have Commercial liability insurance is required for all market participants to sell at the event. (Vendors will need to send a copy of proof of insuurance to the office by emailing the Operations Manager, Chase Jones at chase.jones@lexart.org or delivering a copy to the office.
