Chinese Painting Demostration
Join us May 7th from 2pm - 4pm for a special demonstration led by LexArt member and renowned Chinese Painter Son-Mey Chiu. Son-Mey learned Chinese Painting and Calligraphy during her youth in Hong Kong. In addition to teaching Chinese Painting at a number of prestigious schools such as the Harvard Graduate School of Education and the Massachusetts College of Art and Design, Son-Mey has exhibited her work both internationally and locally. Locally, her work has been shown in the Currier Gallery, the Addison Gallery, the DeCordova Museum, the Worcester Art Museum and Harvard University. She has also been the recipient of a number of both international and national awards. Don’t miss this opportunity to learn the art of Chinese Painting from a true master!
