Jill M. Pottle is an artist from Worcester County, MA who has exhibited her paintings and drawings both locally and nationally. She graduated from Syracuse University with a BFA and earned a MFA from the Boston Museum School.
She has been an accomplished artist her whole life and an art teacher for 38 years. Her works have been included in shows at the Three Stones Gallery, W. Concord, MA and the East End Gallery in Provincetown, MA. She is a member of the Fountain Street Gallery in Boston, MA and had shown at the Trumpet Gallery of Fine Arts in Peterborough, NH. She was the artist in residency at the Fruitlands Museum in Harvard, MA, and Star Island, Portsmouth, NH.
Her accomplishments also include work shown in a variety of collections: Danforth Museum/Framingham State, Hebrew Rehabilitation Center for the Aged in Roslindale, MA, Sterling Drug Inc., and Fidelity in Boston, MA. She won two grants from the Somerville Artists lottery and one from New Vue, Fitchburg, MA. She has published in the “Artists Magazine”.
