Description: 

In this workshop, students will learn basic techniques of traditional Batik wax printing to create a one-of-a kind art piece. All materials will be provided. 

About the instructor: 

Tamine Son is originally from from the Eastern Caribbean and moved to Cambridge as a teen. Her passion is photography and all things visually creative. She has spent almost a decade working with youth in an after-school setting, focusing on using creative methods to promote social emotional learning. Tamine welcomes the opportunity to continue to create a space for all to establish their creative identities.
