Directed Open Studio - Monday evening with Laurie Savage

9 Mondays, 6:00-9:00 pm

Begins June 7, In-Studio

(Class will not meet on June 28, July 5 & August 2)

Open to intermediate students and above. Bring your ideas of what you would like to create to this hands-on class. You will spend one-on-one time with Laurie as she helps you advance your skills set as you navigate from an idea to completion. The $427 class fee includes a $27 Studio fee.

Materials: Students will bring materials they intend to use

About the instructor: Laurie Savage received a BFA in metalsmithing from MassArt in 1998. She has taught the jewelry program at Cambridge Center for Adult Education since 1999, and metalsmithing workshops at Haystack, the DeCordova Museum School, Motherbrook Arts Community, Arlington Community Education and LEXArt. She maintains a studio in the Distillery Building in South Boston, and her work is available by commission only.
