If you just can't quite capture the beauty of the sunset in your photographs, this workshop is for you! Learn eight easy tips for creating awesome sunset photos, from how to predict and capture beautiful colors, how to add a silhouette as a focal point, and how to use your wide-angle lens to create an amazing starburst. This is a fast-paced, interactive, hands-on course in which you learn artistic concepts and practice camera skills. Targeted at iPhone photographers, although all photographers are welcome.
Note: This class takes place on October 18th and October 25th online.
About the instructor:
Ellen Foust is an award-winning visual artist and photographer with a passion for teaching. Her experience spans darkroom to digital, portraiture to landscapes. She holds an MA in art history, an MEd in education, and has studied at the New England School of Photography. Ellen's bold, graphical, award-winning photographs explore the interactions of light and weather on a scene or object. Ellen currently teaches iPhone photography at the Osher Lifelong Learning Institute, at Brandeis University and UMass Boston.
