About the instructor:
Russell Bramante grew up in Needham, MA, where he spent his days watching his father build and fix anything and everything. A fascination with power tools was hatched. Later in life, he went off to college at the University of Vermont. While up north, he found himself taking a hybrid college course at the Vermont Woodworking School, the woodshop (and power tools) called to him, and he answered! After a slight deviation from his collegiate journey, he walked away with a Certificate in Furniture Design from VWS and a B.S. in Environmental Science from UVM.
Russell currently lives in Brighton, MA and works full-time designing and building custom cabinetry. In his free-time he enjoys creating and selling heirloom furniture and gifts. He loves all things woodworking, but most of all, enjoys sharing his passion with others.
