Now that you have learned the basics of machine sewing, it’s time to learn skills that will help you tackle more advanced projects.

Learn to sew a Japanese-inspired gardening apron. Both timelessly traditional and sleekly modern, this utility apron is a perfect project for a beginner sewist. It is made from sturdy cotton/linen fabric, and it features comfortable cross-back styling and a large pocket, handy for gardening tools and other utility items.

In additon to briefly reviewing the basics of the sewing machine, we will also learn stitching seams, top stitching, and hemming in this class.  Cotton/linen blend fabric, pattern chart, all sewing notions, and instructions are provided.

Materials: A $25 materials fee is payable to the instuctor at the start of class.
