Description: In this introductory class, students will learn the fundamentals of jewelry making to create their own wearable designs. We begin learning in copper and brass with cutting, filing, soldering, forging, and other traditional fabrication to make unique wearable designs, and then move to making a simple bezel set ring with a cabochon. Using these skills, students then design and create their own final projects under the guidance of the instructor.
Note:
-Please wear closed-toe shoes.
