Description: Holiday markets are colorful and vibrant, filled to the brim with handmade gifts, many which sparkle and shine. We are going to use our wonderful LexArt Holiday Marketplace as a giant still life display where you can hone your photography skills. Bring any camera (DSLR, Mirrorless, Point-and-Shoot, or phone camera) and learn how you can create beautiful images in this festive environment. All experience levels are welcome.
We'll start by capturing some traditional product and still life images, and then we'll move on to more creative techniques. You'll learn to look for opportunities to create close-up abstract images, and we'll even explore painterly images created with motion blur and multiple exposures. As an added bonus, all participants will have an opportunity to do some private shopping during the last portion of the workshop.
- Any type of camera (DSLR, Mirrroless, point-and-shoot, phone, or tablet)
- Camera manual (if needed)
- Fully charged battery
- Spare battery or power cord
