Join the League of NH Craftsmen for the 90th Annual Craftsmen’s Fair at the Mount Sunapee Resort in Newbury, NH August 5-13.
Experience New Hampshire's iconic summer time event, the Annual Craftsmen’s Fair, at the beautiful Mount Sunapee Resort. Enjoy shopping for fine art and craft and learn about the techniques and inspirations behind the exceptional work of hundreds of master craftsmen. Engage with nearly 200 juried League craftsmen and invited guest artist booth holders who are bringing their newest creations to share with the public. We are welcoming twenty-two first year League booth holders, continuing the tradition of fine handcrafted work in their own signature styles. Ongoing daily demonstrations and curated exhibitions deepen appreciation for the handmade, workshops allow guests of all ages to experience the joy of creating, and a scavenger hunt will draw children and youth through the entire Fairgrounds - with special craftsmen-made prizes for completion! Don't miss the Art, Craft & Design and Sculpture Garden Exhibitions and discover how to add beautiful art and craft into your wardrobe, home, and landscape. Visit the cooperative sales area known as The Shop at the Fair for additional options for gift giving. Support the Next Generation tent and encourage these young craftsmen of tomorrow, who are mentored by our juried members. Plan to stay for lunch and enjoy delicious items from specialty food vendors as well as the Mount Sunapee Resort lodges. A full line-up of live music, presented adjacent to the food vendors and seating area, will round out your day at the Fair. This New Hampshire arts tradition, now in its 90th year, is the largest fundraiser for the non-profit League of NH Craftsmen. Revenues allow us to sustain our mission to advance, cultivate and champion excellence in fine craft throughout the year. The Fair is open 10 AM – 5 PM rain or shine.
