Dates: 5/7 Details: Sunday, 1 Session Times: 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Learn the basics of glass fusing techniques and play with colored glass pieces, glass powders and frits, stringers and glass beads. You’ll design and create two 6” x 6” dishes and one large serving dish; channel plate, 8″ x 8″ square or 8″ circle. All materials are provided. Safety note: wear closed toe shoes, safety glasses or reading glasses. Teens are welcome to register if accompanied by a registered participating adult. Additional plates can be made during the workshop: $ 30.00 extra per small plate, $ 65.00 extra for an additional large dish. The fused pieces will be returned to New Art within a week.
