Students will learn tool usage and shop safety procedures. This is a skill-building class intended to prepare a novice woodworker for studio use.
Each student will make a tongue drum box, and then complete a second project if time allows.
Note:
For the second project in this class, students will be asked to purchase their own lumber. Materials scholarships are available for that if needed. All other materials fees are included in the tuition.
